Probably very similar to what’s been happening for years in the Fintech space. Financial brokers have been doing this for years. Its now a level playing field in a competitive sense with the solo mobile agent or team competing against traditional super offices or your corner boutique Independent. This is totally driven by consumer activity. Buyers now visit online platforms to shortlist or investigate suburb research way ahead prior inspecting. It’s also heavily controlled by Industry complaining and regulation, leading to structural change on how real estate is transacted, but more powerful than this is  being driven by competitive forces, that with the continual disruption and advent of new technologies that weren’t as omnipresent as they are now.

We are far from anywhere near our full potential as new digital trends continue to develop. The landlord now has a capacity to complete their research must faster and more efficiently all on their mobile hand held device allowing them to make a profitable decision on which property manager to select prior to e signing an agreement. No office or human contact required.
